Don't forget to submit your plans for outside property improvements to Riverside Property Management for approval prior to doing any work.  Requests should be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to starting any projects to the exterior of your home.  If you need clarification of what these projects might include -- see the

SPC EXAMPLES OF CHANGES THAT REQUIRE AN ARC REQUEST FORM .
